Nació en Buenos Aires.
Desde 1985 participó en numerosas exposiciones individuales y
colectivas, tanto
en nuestro país como en el exterior.
En el año 2005 recibió dos menciones del jurado, en la Galería Braque y
en el Instituto Elcise de Córdoba. En el año 2006, recibió el
1º Premio
de pintura en la Galería Imagomundi
y el 1º Premio de pintura en la
Asociación
Dante Alighieri, presentando paisajes de Italia.
Su obra en el 2008 llega a países del Continente Africano, Asiático y
Oceánico.
Angélica Basavilbaso, born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She participated
in several exibitions in different countries.
In a pantheistic celebration of nature, the artist shows a selection of oil on canvas, and water colours, that represent some handscapes, with plastic sensibility.
With a proper compositive sense and a nearly impressionist vision of light, she creates a magic enviroment, where through her particular point of view, the objects from reality, get a new poetic signification.
